• The Location

Based at KidZania London, Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, London.   

  

• DBS Checks

All employees are required to complete a DBS check, formerly known as criminal record checks.

  

• Right to Work in the UK

All employees must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are invited to an interview or assessment centre you will be asked to bring the appropriate ID in order for us to check and verify.

• Dress Code

Employees within the operational team will be provided with a uniform otherwise the dress code is business casual.

 

• Drug & Alcohol Testing

In line with our commitment to safety, all employees will be subject to random and with cause drug and alcohol tests.

   

• Working Hours

Working hours will vary depending on the role and department, however, full time roles will include working five out of seven days on a shift rota basis over weekends, including evenings.

  

• What should I expect if I have been shortlisted?

If you have been shortlisted you will be invited to an interview or assessment centre, depending on the position. During the interview process all candidates are asked to complete a short aptitude test.
